THE FINISHES
THREE FINISHES FOR EVERY PROJECT
Every concrete surface Sonrise builds can be finished three ways. Or mix and match — broom on the driveway, stamped on the patio, exposed on the walkway. Here's how to choose.

STAMPED CONCRETE
Stamped concrete is a decorative finish designed to replicate the look of high-end materials — natural stone, brick, slate, even wood — at a fraction of the cost. While the concrete is still fresh, specialized stamps are pressed in to imprint patterns and textures.
Best Used For:
Patios · Walkways · Front Entries · Pool Surrounds

EXPOSED AGGREGATE
Exposed aggregate concrete reveals the natural beauty of the stone embedded in the mix. After placement, the top layer of cement paste is carefully washed away to expose the embedded stones — creating a textured, multi-toned surface that's both durable and visually distinctive.
Best Used For:
Driveways · Patios · Pool Surrounds · Walkways

BROOM FINISH
Broom finish concrete is exactly what it sounds like — a broom is dragged across the surface while the concrete is still wet, creating fine, uniform textured lines. The result is a clean, professional look with built-in traction that makes it one of the most practical finishes.
Best Used For:
Driveways · Sidewalks · Garage Pads · Stairs
